You as a foriegn tourist may obtain tourist visa if you hold foreign passports / travel documents valid for more than 6 months in Taiwan.
Why need more than 6 months ?
Well, may be you want to do some sightseeing, business, family visits, study or training, medical treatment, or other legitimate activities.
How to apply travel visa ?
You need to prepare 1 completed application form, incoming and outgoing travel tickets, 1 photo, documents verifying the purpose of the visits and other related documents.
30-day visa-free privileges are afforded to citizens of 31 countries. 30-day landing visas are afforded to citizens of 3 countries.
